Bekaert Textiles is continuing to develop as a global player. The business unit is based in Belgium, but its manufacturing and sales activities are organised on a regional basis. This enables it to use its extensive knowledge of local markets to operate throughout the world more flexibly, faster and without trade barriers. In addition to the head office and development centre in Belgium, there are also production units in seven other countries – the Czech Republic, Turkey, the United States, Mexico, Argentina, Australia and China.
