Gamma Holding sells Eijffinger

Gamma Holding sells its subsidiary Gebr. Eijffinger B.V., with set ups in Zoetermeer and Zaventem (Belgium) to the present managing board. Eijffinger is a specialist in the field of development, marketing and sales of  furnishing fabrics and wall coverings at home and abroad.

The sale of this unit is in line with Gamma Holding's previous decision to dispose of the Interior-Decoration Products sector. In anticipation of this divestment, this sector was already deconsolidated in the 1999 annual accounts.

Following the completion of the above-mentioned divestment, the companies Dawes, E & S Home of Color and Hatéma Contract are still part of the Interior-Decoration Products sector.
