Gamma Holding takes out syndicated loan of EUR 300 million

Gamma Holding N.V., which is active in the sectors Technologies, Industrial Textiles and Exotic Fabrics, has arranged four-year and five-year credit facilities with a syndicate of banks.

Due to the interest shown by the participating banks, the syndicated loan has been oversubscribed. It has been decided to draw EUR 300 million.

ABN AMRO, ING Bank and Rabobank acted as arrangers. The international banking syndicate further comprises the Bank of Scotland, Barclays, Dresdner, Fortis, NIB Capital and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Gamma Holding will use this loan to finance its intended organic growth combined with additional acquisitions and to refinance existing (short-term) lines of credit.
