Appointment of Mr Fröhlich in Supervisory Board

With the approval of the General Meeting of Shareholders the Supervisory Board has appointed Mr F.W. Fröhlich (61) as a member of the Supervisory Board of Gamma Holding with effect from 20 June 2003.

Mr Fröhlich is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Management and CFO of Akzo Nobel N.V.

Mr Fröhlich is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of Draka N.V., Allianz Nederland Groep N.V. and Randstad Holding N.V.

Mr Fröhlich's management and financial expertise gained within an internationally operating listed company, his special knowledge of the markets in which Gamma Holding is active and his international background will be of great value to Gamma Holding. The appointment of Mr Fröhlich will contribute to the balanced composition and continuity of the Supervisory Board. With the appointment of Mr Fröhlich the final vacancy in the Supervisory Board has been filled. Besides Mr Fröhlich, the Supervisory Board is made up of Mr J.F. van Duyne (chairman), J.A. Dekker, J. Zuidam and J.H.M. Lindenbergh. Mr Fröhlich does not hold any shares in the capital of Gamma Holding N.V.
