Gamma Holding: Executive Board

Mr M.H. Zegger, member of the Executive Board, has expressed his desire to continue his career outside Gamma Holding N.V. The Supervisory Board respects his wish.

Mr Zegger will withdraw from the Executive Board as of 1 June 2007. Until that date he will continue to lead the important ‘Planning for Growth' project within the Gamma Technologies sector.

On the succession of Mr Zegger announcements will be made in due course.
