Purchase of ordinary preference shares by Gamma Holding

Gamma Holding purchased 240,574 ordinary participating preference shares from a private investor. The total amount involved in this purchase comes to EUR 1,058,526 before deduction of the payable tax on dividends.
 
At the previously announced Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which will be held on 13 December 2007, cancellation of these shares will be proposed. After such cancellation 159,426
ordinary participating preference shares remain outstanding.
