Appointments Gamma Holding

After the General Meeting of Shareholders of Gamma Holding N.V., held on 23 April 2009, the Supervisory Board appointed Mr L. van Reeuwijk (44) as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board. Mr Van Reeuwijk has been employed by Gamma Holding as Group Controller since 2 August 2005.

Furthermore, the General Meeting of Shareholders re-appointed Mr J.F. van Duyne (67) as chairman of the Supervisory Board. Mr Van Duyne has already been eight years, seven of which as chairman, a member of the Supervisory Board of Gamma Holding.

Mr A. Wateler, member of the Supervisory Board, retired by rotation with effect from the General Meeting of Shareholders. Considering the fact that Mr Wateler is not available for re-appointment, the Supervisory Board intends to propose a new appointee at a later date in order to fill the vacancy created by the departure of Mr Wateler.
