Gamma Holding explores possible sale of Vlisco Group

Gamma Holding has recently been approached by various parties that have shown an interest in acquiring the activities of Vlisco Group. The possibility of such a transaction - in a manner that does justice to the interests of all stakeholders - is currently being discussed with one of these parties. The starting point is that production at the current sites will be continued. The study into the possible sale of Vlisco Group is in line with Gamma Holding's strategy to strengthen its financial position.

Vlisco Group designs and produces colourful dyed and printed contemporary African fabrics using a batik process developed in-house. The high-quality fabrics are intended primarily for the top and middle segments of the West African market, where the business unit has been operating successfully for over a century.
